Projects

Selected engagements from the last two decades. Client names are confidential; the systems, the numbers, and the outcomes are real.

  1. IT distribution

    99% uptime

    99% uptime

    Challenge
Resellers asking manufacturers for project prices ran the process manually: every inquiry took time and resources on both sides, and the back-and-forth slowed the whole chain down.
    Approach
A web application that processes price inquiries automatically. We integrated it into the manufacturer's infrastructure through interfaces to its eCRM and ERP systems, so requests now flow through without manual handling.
    Outcome
The system has been in production for over ten years. IT resellers in 15 countries use it for their price inquiries every day, with 99% uptime.

  2. Hardware manufacturing

    Real-time status

    Real-time status

    Challenge
Customers submitted marketing support requests by email. Documents were scattered across threads, not available to all parties, approval status stayed unclear — and every step took longer than it should have.
    Approach
A web portal where customers submit marketing requests directly, with an approval chain on the manufacturer's side. All documents live in one place, customers see the real-time status of their request, and they upload supporting material to the portal themselves.
    Outcome
The email process was replaced end to end: requests, documents, and approvals now run in one system, with transparency for all parties.

  3. Marketing & CRM

    GDPR-compliant

    GDPR-compliant

    Challenge
The requirement: fast, GDPR-compliant creation and sending of information by email to precisely selected customer groups.
    Approach
An application with reusable email templates and customizable content — text, images, links. Distribution lists are built from criteria such as customer industry, sales area, and address; the sender is set centrally or per sales representative, directly through the CRM integration.
    Outcome
Campaigns go out quickly, to exactly the right recipients, and stay inside the existing CRM structure.

  4. Hardware manufacturing

    Live ERP & CRM data

    Live ERP & CRM data

    Challenge
Customers wanted one place to see what matters: revenue development, goal achievement, certifications, open projects, and outstanding price inquiries — instead of asking and waiting.
    Approach
A customer portal connected to ERP, CRM, and further systems, retrieving data in real time. It is multi-tenant, with role-based views, so each customer sees exactly what is meant to be shared. The sales team uses the same cockpit for a fast, complete picture of the customer.
    Outcome
Customers have a single entry point for their business data — and the sales team starts every conversation with a current, complete view.

  5. Enterprise software

    URL + QR per profile

    URL + QR per profile

    Challenge
Paper business cards go stale quickly: details change, and every change means a reprint — a continuous waste of resources in a digital working environment.
    Approach
A web portal where users register and enter their details. A virtual business card is generated with a unique URL and QR code for sharing. Changes to company, department, or role are made in the portal and apply immediately. Optionally, the card is also printed as a plastic card, readable via NFC or QR code.
    Outcome
Business card data stays current without reprints — changed in the portal, effective everywhere the card is shared.

  6. IT distribution

    Points per category

    Points per category

    Challenge
A loyalty program for resellers in which points are earned on sales across different product categories — and can actually be redeemed as rewards.
    Approach
An interface to the manufacturer's ERP captures daily sales data and assigns it to the respective customer groups. A web portal with user management and shop functions lets resellers select and order rewards; reporting tools give the manufacturer a view of current sales data per customer.
    Outcome
Sales data flows in daily, points are allocated by category, and both sides work from the same numbers.

  7. IT hardware

    Real-time, 5 factors

    Real-time, 5 factors

    Challenge
Assessing what renewing IT hardware does to sustainability is not one number — energy, CO2, costs, cooling, and service costs interact, and customers needed a way to weigh them together.
    Approach
An interactive web calculator: customers enter a few key parameters and see the impact of renewal in real time — energy consumption, CO2 savings, cost savings, reduced cooling requirements, and lower service costs — compared with a new IT solution.
    Outcome
Decisions about renewal are based on transparent, comparable figures for the ecological and economic impact — not on estimates.

  8. IT hardware

    3 systems integrated

    3 systems integrated

    Challenge
Hardware manufacturers need to reach customers before warranty and service agreements expire — proactively, and in time, not after the deadline has passed.
    Approach
A web portal integrated with CRM, inventory management, and service systems. Employees receive alerts when a contract approaches expiry, and the portal offers service extensions or replacement products as the next step.
    Outcome
Customers are contacted in time, and renewals are discussed while the service relationship is still current.

  9. Promotional goods

    Real-time order flow

    Real-time order flow

    Challenge
Merchants in promotional goods wanted to buy through a reverse auction — with live quantities, their own price, and no back-and-forth negotiation.
    Approach
A web portal in which manufacturers set products, prices, and auction durations. Registered merchants see available quantities in real time, place orders at their desired price, and orders transfer straight into the inventory management system to generate purchase orders.
    Outcome
Auctions run end to end in the portal, from listing to purchase order.
